I Want To Do It Differently…

Do you want to remember to pay your bills on time?

If you are struggling to create a new habit, stick to a task, develop rituals or even prioritize what you must do, you are probably not starting small enough and would benefit from an accountability partner.

What is an Accountability Partner?

If you have BIG GOALS and are finding yourself not hitting them or quitting too quickly, it is likely because YOU HAVE SET TOO BIG A GOAL. Let’s lower the bar. Not because you aren’t capable but because you need wins with things you CAN obtain first. I work with you to figure out what those smaller goals are that will set you up for success. This helps wire success into your brain. Then comes the practice. Research proves that starting small and focusing on the things you actually like to do helps. Therefore, I help you find the things you like to do in order to get you to do the things you want to do.  I am here to then hold you accountable, remind you of the small hack, task or ritual we came up with. And we will watch your habits grow, together.

I take the shame out of not being able to hit those big goals. I support you while you start to rewrite your next draft.
